This newly built and gorgeous holiday home (approx. 85 m2) is located adjacent to a farm and sleeps 6 to 8 persons. You can soak up the Austrian sun on the balcony or in the garden. Children won t get bored either they can play on the playfield or ping-pong to their heart s content. The cosy village Maria Alm is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In Maria Alm you can do your daily shopping but also enjoy a delicious meal in cosy local restaurants. There are many cafés and après-ski bars. where you can relax after a long day walking or on the slopes.The ski areas Hochkönigs Winterreich (3 km). Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang (10 km) and the Europa Sportregion (20 km) all guarantee winter fun! You can reach the ski areas by car or by ski bus (ca. 5 minutes walk). Langlaufers find in Saalfelden and proximity various langlaufloipes.
