Located 5 minutes' walk from the centre of the Cambridge, No. 142 is a 1914, renovated villa with many original features. There is an open plan kitchen/seating/dining area and a separate lounge that can be closed off when guests are watching TV.
At No. 142, there are 3 large bedrooms, each with its own air-conditioning duct. There are 2 full bathrooms, electric blankets, cotton sheets, feather duvets/pillows, a complete laundry and a Smart TV with free-to-air channels and Netflix. The backyard is private and secluded with a BBQ and an outdoor dining area, under the olive trees.
You can go for a walk to the centre of the village where you will find a range of antique/boutique shops, cafes and restaurants and there is a farmer's market on Saturday morning. There is a lake at the end of the road, which is home to bird life and native trees. Lake Karapiro is 15 minutes' drive away.
No. 142 has 2 mountain bikes for guests to use and additional bikes can be hired from the Information Centre just along the road. The villa has a lockable garage with internal access.
